Aluminum plate which covers pick-up, tailpiece and controls was choose consider shielding.
1) Design
Plate thickness; 2mm
2) Making
Memo: Polishing of aluminum plate was as following steps;
-1 #90 paper
-2 #400 paper
-3 #1000 paper
-4 #0000 Steel wool
-5 polish using cream
(result as mat, not glossly)
3) Fitting
Tailpiece is made from two pieces of 3mm thick plate.
