Ready made body from HOSCO thinline guitar-kit. Plywood body, Budget price.

Prepare the neck. Modify old neck which was made on some years ago. However this neck was rejected by a reason. Latest neck is made by Itaya-Kaede (maple).

Neck fitting test.

Round off the body edge.

Slot the fretboard, using my most expendable guitar making tool from L.M.I.

Round the fretboard surface.

Glue the neck and fretboard. Truss Rod is StewMac's Hot Rod.

Working on neck pocket.

Insert the anchor nut to the neck end.

Attach the wood plate to reinforce the body from neck joint bolt.

Attach the wood plate cowl around the neck end and front PU.

Hammering the fret. Twice...

Check Tailpiece and Bridge position.

Working on the fretboard end.

Plug up the existing hole and Grue wood plate then insert Bridge anchor.

Install the strap buttones.

Install Piezo contact on the neck heel block.

Making the front PU mount plate.

Making the rear PU mount plate.

Overview - temporarily assembled.

Apply sealer coat then acrylic urethane paint.

Rounding the fret edge.
