Making The Guitar "Pear".

 

Cut the body from Mahogany wood using Table Band Saw.

Open holes for the band saw start/rest point.

Finishing band saw blade gave very thin cutting.

Rounting body inside. Make template before route.

Also make holes for the router start/rest.

Routed. Then finishing by sander roller.

Apply rosewood on back.

Prepare spruce top. Straight the edge then grue.

Apply reinforcement bar.

Modify Ready-made Neck head shape.

Attach rosewood top and mahogany back on Neck Head.

Making Nut.

Route Control space on body top. But missed. Then repair the edge.

Check Bridge Position.

Make End block.

Wiring controls.

Overview.

Finishing. Filler then apply the oil.

Making hand rest.

Refinishing the body with water based paint.

Making End block again.

Making Control plate again. Wiring with new parts.

Sound check.

Strap attaching test.

Hand rest back.

Bridge Test.

Insert anchor nut.

Refinish the Neck Head, and shaping tuner-key button.

Change toggle switch and rewire the controls. Add nut to adjust control knob height.

Attach tension bar, but looks bad. Then change the peg head back plate to more thick rosewood to down the tuner-key post.

Repair neck pocket edge.

Fix Pick-up screw position.

Adjust the Nut.

Joint the neck by bolt.
